At Soorma, we support small to medium-sized NDIS providers who may not have the internal capacity for full-time compliance, operational oversight, or quality assurance.
With over 7 years of experience operating our own NDIS-registered organisation, 7 years delivering Support Coordination, 4 years in senior management roles with large national NDIS providers, and more than 15 years of lived experience with disability, we bring a deep and practical understanding of both provider operations and participant needs. Combined with 15+ years managing large teams across multiple sites — alongside extensive experience in document control and compliance — our expertise is broad, grounded, and uniquely qualified. This blend of operational capability and personal insight shapes everything we do.
